These terms govern your use of AIDrops (aidrops.net), an alert service covering new AI product launches. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
AIDrops monitors public sources for AI product launches and delivers summaries and alerts via this website, Telegram and email. Alerts are informational summaries with links to the original sources; product names and descriptions belong to their respective owners.
Plans and billing
- Free — a daily digest and website access at no charge.
- Pro — a paid subscription at $4 USD/month or $39 USD/year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Pro includes instant per-category alerts and API access as described on the site.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your subscription and handles applicable taxes.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt it, or use alerts to misrepresent third-party products. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". Launch coverage depends on third-party sources and platforms (including Telegram); we do not guarantee that every launch is captured or that alerts are uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
